I woke up around 7 AM. My phone was vibrating. It was Chris saying he'd be coming from Illinois, and that he'd be at tonight's shows. It made me excited. I was extremely tired, from going to sleep around 2 AM, but I got out of bed. Lazily, I got dresse and did my make-up. At around 8:30 AM, I went upstairs. I was sad, because I had to go to guitar class, and I really just wanted to get to the venue, but I made the best out of it. Around 10:30 AM my god mom came and drove me to guitar class for 11:30 AM. All through class I had envisionments of the concert. I had trouble staying focus, but luckily I'm the most advanced in the class and I really didn't have to pay attention cause I knew everything we went over. 12:30 PM, class ended. I packed my electric up as fast as you can stay poned, and raced out. My parents weren't there yet. I called my dad and asked him where the heck were they, and they told me they were still at home. I was getting really irrated. In the meantime, I called Mary pretending to be Joe & Kevin. Some teenies looked at them while I did, so that must have been really funny. Finally, my parents arrived. We drove to starbucks, and I bought four Chia Tea's for Katie, Alana, Mary, and I. WE ARRIVED TO THE VENUE around 1 PM. I felt like throwing up, I was so excited. I got out gave their starbucks to the girls. we chilled. emphasis on chilled. It was really cold, I asked people if they had another pair of socks. I thought about trying to sneak into jB's bus and steal a pair of Nick's socks. ;) Soon enough, I saw Katie and Karleigh. I talked/hung out with Karleigh for, probably around half an hour, while I started loosing all feeling in my toes. We went into Jonny Rocket's for maybe 4 minutes, but it was almost as packed as the Gramercy for the release parties, and I was getting to claustrophic, so we left it. We talked a little more, then I went back over to Mary, at the front, by the doors. Jade and Jasmine soon enough arrived. We hung for a bit, then I saw Chris Koon. I went over to him and gave him a hug. He went to go get his ticket with Amy and Jess. Later he came out, I got him to talk to Mariah over the phone for a few moments. Suddenly the doors to the venue opened. Everyone was rushing in, I went over to Mary, and grabbed the digital camera from her. I got inside and found Jade and Jasmine their seats were right between me. We got seated and got orchestra pit wrist bands so that you could leave and come back. Then I got a call from Mary, she had the high quality camera. I had to go back and get it. A few minutes after we went out to see if there was any way to get into the meet and greet or to find papa J. We left him a message at the front desk with a nice lady from Verizon.We headed back to our seats. It was a few minutes to four. soon enough, you could hear the beginning tabs of 'When Did Your Heart Go Missin?' by Rooney. Rooney came out, and did an amazing set. I was blown away, and I really wish I could have boughten their CD. About half an hour of disabling their set and setting up Jonas and suddenly, their was this, kind of like a movie feel to it, it was really just amazing. then suddenly the curtain dropped and you could see Garbo, JT, Flawless, and Ruling all playing and jamming to some songs. First up was Year 3000. Just Friends was next. After that, I started to loose count. I know they sang Hello Beautiful, then Underdog. Then they sang I want to say Don't Put My Heart On A Shelf, as well as a few other new ones that I don't know the title too. I know they Played When You Look Me In The Eyes, then, I want to say they went off stage, and came back out for A Little Bit Longer [which I screamed Shut up about three times and the entire orch pit as well as a few of the rows didn't scream for a good half of it.] and then they did something so amazingly cool. They played SOS, first slow, like slow song [IT SOUNDS SO MUCH FUCKING BETTER! :)], and then they did normal speed. The Jonas boys did amazing, like wow. I couldn't believe it. It was so close too, I felt like... surreal. I would take a picture, take a video, and then I would look outside of the camera lense, and see I was actually THERE. The concert was amazing. clearly, one of the best I've been to in a really long time. Hmm.. During the concert, Kevin threw a guitar pick to jade, but we missed it. The guitarist of Rooney also threw one to us, but someone else got that one too. Anyways, so after the concert. Jade, Jasmine, and I wanted to try to find Papa J. I saw Katie, Karleigh, Chris, Amy, and Jess, and went over to say hi to them. They were kind of just in the venue, everyone else was leaving. I saw mrs Jonas and my jaw almost dropped. I wanted to meet her so bad. I finally said "Denise, can we please take a picture?" She nodded and said "yes, dear, hold on." I was about to freak. I was so happy. She came over and we took photos, Jasmine, Jade, and I.
Jasmine wanted to return her and Jade's Rooney CDS [I don't know why, Rooney was good :)], so she did while we headed to the bathroom. When we went to go get her, this security guard wouldn't let us go by the merchandise, so we had to go out the door. we continued to look for Papa J, but were unsuccessful. I looked down at my phone and realized I really had to get back in the venue for the next concert, it was 6:49, almost 7 PM. I got back in line, and the line was all the way around the venue. Fun stuff, it was one line. They finally opened up all of them and I found myself in line with Koon, Jess, and Amy. After I got in I called Mary. She, Nicole, Katie, and Alana were in the meet and greet line. I was jaw dropped. I found where the meet and greet was and found them. We almost got away with it. Then this person came by to check the wristbands. =b. so we made up the excuse that someone sent us over here to find our seats. haha clever huh? She left and we went over to talk to Koon for a bit. He was in the meet and greet line. He did the SOS Dance for us, Mary and I sung the 'I really could care less; SOS' version for Famous 4 Something, and we didn't even realize it until we got to the final line in the chorus. Koon loved it, we also sang him 'Hey there baby boy; Hello Beautiful reply.' and 'Jonas get low' for Kevin, the line "Chest with the fur" he totally died of laughter. it was really funny. I gave Karleigh my gift to Nick to give to him, and Mary gave Koon the liscense plates she made for Joe, Kevin, Nick, and Frankie to give to them. Koon was officially jealous and wanted one for himself too. We finally took a photo with him[sorry I don't have it with me yet, it was on Mary & Nicole's cameras] and said bye because the show would be starting soon. Mary, Nicole, Katie, and Alana filled into their seats in the 22nd row, and I took mine in the 13th. A couple minutes later Anahit and her friends showed up, they would be sitting next to me. Rooney went on, with some other song that I don't know the title to, but I liked it. They played their set and ended with When Did Your Heart Go Missin?. I really wasn't paying any attention to them because I was trying to send all the pictures from my phone from the last concert to my email. As soon as I was done, my phone decided to die. It made me really sad, and I felt bad because I couldn't call anyone to hear a song :/. I cleaned off a few blurry photos from the digital camera, and deleted the Rooney video I had taken from the first concert, and had some storage space. After the disable of Rooney's set and creation of Jonas's set, the concert was about to start. It started they same way. pretty much just a repeat of the last show, expect, this one they did more jumping, dancing, flips, and kicks. This one, I had fun trying to figure out how to zoom and not get extremely tall people's heads in the photos, and how to make them not look blurry, or look like they were from the 13th row. It wasn't that hard. Soon enough, The memory was full. So I started taking pictures for Anahit. That was fun. I took a lot. This time, for A Little Bit Longer, Nick did something that I have never heard or seen him do. He did something... else. He was singing "I miss you, your so far away, A little bit longer and I'll be fine." - something to that effect. It was like.. wait, what? I'm not sure, but I think it was a song that he put into that. Or maybe he just came up with something on the spot? Whatever it was, it was really cool. They ended again with SOS, and did the slow song, then fast song thing, which I totally loved. The concert finished. It was amazing. I couldn't hear out of my ears, like the last concert, nor could I speak without sounding like a dying animal. I went back to Katie, Alana, Nicole, and Mary. We wanted to go see Koon and know what the boys thought of their lisence plates so we slipped back, and found him by the Rooney meet and greet with Katie and Karleigh and Jess and Amy. We couldn't get to talk to him because this security guard started yelling at us to leave though. Nicole had to leave, but Katie, Alana, Mary, and I were going back to my house to chill for a bit. The second we got to my house Mary fell asleep. So Katie, Alana, and I went upstairs and looked at the photos I took. They're pretty much amazing as heck like wow. Same with the videos, but they're being stupid and taking FOREVER to upload to YouTube so I'll prolly put 'em on FaceBook or MySpace. Pretty much all I can remember off hand. Minor details like me giving two of my guitar picks away to teenies and saying they were Kevin and Nick's was funny. That kind of thing. All in all it was most definatly worth it. Totally amazing experience, and I'm so proud of those boys.
